Hilton Hotel Cigar Humidor

Metal light tubes with points of light at 7mm centres were used at this Hilton Hotel to allow lighting to be fitted to this humidor where conventional lighting would generate heat and dry the tobacco out.

Fibre optics produce little heat at the point of light delivery and make an ideal solution to retail display of sensitive items. The tubes, fitted under each shelf to light the shelf below, use a 100w halogen light source.
