Mint Leaf Restaurant

A major project, the Mint Leaf restaurant and bar features a total of 78 fibre optic lights to illuminate and enhance the back bar shelving, providing colourwash lighting to the bottles and glasses.

The UFO10D fittings used to light the back bar continue along the back wall at 330mm centres to produce a scalloped effect on the dark wood panelling. In addition, 6 fibre optic tails were fed into frosted glass slots to achieve the vertical pink lighting pictured. The effect was achieved by utilising UFOP9 paver fittings which emit narrow beams of light.

All the fibre optic lighting throughout Mint Leaf is powered by DMX light sources enabling programmable colour changes for different times of the day.

4.5mm active diameter fibre was used throughout the project.
