UFO Engineering Services - Injection Moulding

The latest addition to our production capabilities are our injection moulding lines.

These machines give us further options for component manufacturing and give you greater material and design choice. Additionally, plans are in place for mould manufacture bringing the entire process in-house.

With BOY machines from 220kN to 550kN and shot weight from 57g to 150g (polystyrene), tie bar clearances from 254mm (two tie bars) and 360mm x 335mm (four tie bars), a wide range of small to medium sized component moulding is possible in a wide range of materials.

Material granulation to recycle otherwise scrap material can be used with most materials. With our state of the art hopper loaders, driers and colour dosing units, our service is based on high quality moulding with fast turnaround and competitive pricing.
